The Union Hotel in Newtown

Down the St Peters end of Newtown is The Union. A bar renown for craft beer with rotating taps and live music occasionally through the week, it’s a great spot to catch up, hang out and have a few good brews. There’s a niche little restaurant serving sandwiches/gourmet hot dogs etc and a pokies room if you want to lose cash. A pool table and jukebox completes the main bar. It’s a mesh of all the little components of a pub. Traditional and hipster cool.
