This is a big beer. Or is it a big wine? You can taste the alcohol content as this beer has been left in whiskey barrels to age. Some acidic tones that dominates at first but as it warms, settles down. This was my choice for my 1000th unique beer check in on Untappd. Feel free to follow me @jase3812.
