Roasted smoky flavour on first sip. As it settles and breathe the chocolate tones become dominant in this beer. There’s a little sourness that sits on the tongue but not enough to distract you from the beer. This is the beer I want to be casually sipping on while playing poker. I’m probably saying that because I’m watch World Series of Poker on ESPN.
