Pour: Golden hue with Amber tones. Big head and sits for a while as the beer breathes
Citra is my favourite hop. The citrus bite is what draws you into those big West Coast IPAs. This is not the hop hit you’d expect and I find is better on opening than after sitting but it is a smooth beer that comes across more of a session IPA. Well it does on my smashed tongue anyway. Hump day beer with all signs pointing to a good weekend
