Pour: Light mustard yellow colour with big frothy head on pour
Part sour, part IPA. Funky nose but crisp on the lips. My first exploration into the Brett styles of beer and it’s not too shabby. Would I give this to a newbie in craft beers. Hell no man, I’m not stupid! (Debatable) but a seasoned veteran, for sure.
