Despite the high number of hop varieties, on first taste it doesn’t overwhelm you with hoppiness. It’s very balanced in terms of flavour and mouthfeel. Mostly citrus flavour but a little earthy pepperiness this is a good beer. It may be the name but I think this is a beer you’d be drinking in a dirty, dark back alley bar in New Orleans. Seedy and dimly lit. Just you and a character who will probably steal your soul are in the bar.
