Pour:  Pale yellowish/white colour with a bubbly head that fades out quick.

Brewed with wood and ash added throughout the brewing process gives it this a smoky flavour behind the crisp lager. It also gives the odd occurrence of black specks of ash throughout the beer. Brewed for GABS 2019, this is more of a sipper like barrel aged stout or sour. Good to have on a Friday night after work sitting outside around the fire pit.

I drink beer. And occasionally I'll write about it. But mostly, I drink beer.
