Brouwerij De Halve Maan – Brugse Zoe

Strong dried fruit and toffee flavours. I’m sometimes at a lost at the difference between dubbel, tripel and quad beers. I get it’s double, treble or quad in ABV but the flavours between all three are very similar. Especially once you had a few of each and then it all tastes the same. Deliciously, drunkenly the same. Also something about a family owned brewery. Pipelines under the city etc. fuck it just drink Belgium beers now and learn the history later.

I drink beer. And occasionally I'll write about it. But mostly, I drink beer.
