A single hop IPA that went from limited edition into the regular core range. Mosaic hops are a staple in American style IPAs but rarely does it get to shine on its own like this. It would be easy to describe the complex flavours like a Mosaic pattern, so I will use that analogy because it’s Sunday and I can’t be fucked being anymore clever than that.
