Pour: Pale yellow white in colour with white head.

A Brut style lager with passion fruit and Pinot Gris, this is super sweet and super dry. This is one of the first brut beers that instantly reminds me of white wine. I do wonder if you were at the brewery having a taster of this, if you would swish it around your mouth and spit it out? Probably best to play it safe and just drink it.
