A staple pale ale in the Australian market, this one has always reminded me of Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale. Sure it has a different hop profile, but the malt profile and colour reminds me of that classic American Pale. I’ve had plenty of these in my time and it’s nice to come back it to today, in a 500ml bottle, which in my opinion all beer should be packaged in 500mls.
