Pour: Yellow/gold colour with a good white head.

Sierra Nevada’s imperial version of Hazy Little Thing. A bold hoppy IPA that is less hazy but more IIPA. The hop flavour is more bitterness than fruity like most hazy IPAs. I’m sipping this while watching the Aaron Hernandez doco on Netflix. Does it pair well? Probably not but both beer and doco are very good.
