Wayward’s 5th birthday beer is a imperial version of their raspberry Berliner Weiss. This beer comes in at over 7% which is insane for a Berliner Weiss but it doesn’t taste like a 7% lightly soured beer. Raspberry flavours balance out the tartness and dryness of the beer. A great beer to celebrate any birthday with. Paired with a Black Forest cheesecake, beautiful.
