Lychee and berries on the nose. This is a pretty light, easy drinking pale ale. The bitterness is balanced out by the malt. There is almost a spicy honey flavour that comes through. This is a good beer to have in a pub with a chicken parmigiana and chips. It’s Friday pub lunch, the NBA finals are on the TV and there’s already talk of abandoning going back to the office and staying for a session.

I drink beer. And occasionally I'll write about it. But mostly, I drink beer.
