Built in the historic, heritage listed Bulli Railway Guest House, Resin Brewing has become the local focal point of Bulli. Styled in a similar way to a American style brew pub with a large outdoor deck area for casual get togethers and inside seating for functions, the place is always busy and it pays to book in advance. The beers are all brewed on premise and rotate through with regulars being their pale, hazy, lager and IPA. But I highly recommend their imperial stout, raspberry sour and Rye IPA, which I had on my recent visit for this review.
The food is absolutely spectacular. The head chef and kitchen staff have a great menu that suits a variety of food needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, seafood, burgers and salads. Weekly specials usually sell out quick so be sure to get there early and as I mentioned before, book ahead!
