Pour: Light golden colour with a good white head.
Clean tasting Pilsner aided by the crisp waters of the Snowy Mountains. The herbal/earthy bitterness and aromas balance out the dry malt for a delicious example of a Pilsner. I love a good Pilsner. It reminds me of the fabulous beers I had in Europe all those years ago before I even knew what good beer is. I get back there again one day when the pandemic is over and enjoy every beer I have over there. I can’t wait.
