Deep golden colour with a big fluffy white head. Nice take on an golden ale. The El Dorado hops gives it a nice tropical stone fruit flavour. I’m a big fan of this hop and I like how it’s used here. I burnt myself out on golden ales long ago when James Squires golden ale was my go to beer. It’s nice to revisit the style with a new take and new appreciation of the style. It’s a refreshing beer for this late summer afternoon. The perfect time to crack a few of these open before the night chill forces the return of hoodies.
