Yellow gold with a small tight white head. Strong floral and herbal flavours. Juniper being the boldest to come through. It’s like a good gin shot dropped into a light, clean American IPA. This almost seems like a beer that shouldn’t sold at a bottle shop but more over the bar at some gin joint. Dim lighting and a mournful jazz singer crooning in the corner, completely ignored by the patrons. This best enjoyed at the bar, half lit cigarette in your hand. Too deep in thought to notice the surrounds properly. The world outside is a cold, harsh place. This beer will need to be followed by about sixteen more.
