Pour:

Deep garnet, reddish brown with a small, thin off white head. Once I got past the wax seal and cracked this one open, I got the waft of red wine. Barrel aged in their own winery barrels, the aroma and flavour of Shiraz comes through in this beer. An English Barleywine with a smooth body and complex flavours that make this an enjoyable, sipping beer. Those of you that follow me on Instagram @abvblog would’ve seen me post this beer a few months back on Valentine’s Day to celebrate my engagement. Anniversary Ale, engagement, Valentine’s Day…. Seemed perfect.

I drink beer. And occasionally I'll write about it. But mostly, I drink beer.
