Light golden straw colour with a decent white head. Sabro. My new favourite hop. I could smell the coconut and pine straight up. It got my tastebuds quivering for the first mouthful. It was already a winner before I had finished pouring it into a glass. Light body, amazing aroma and flavour. This is tropical. This is holidays. This is drinking ‘not a care in the world’. This is relaxation. A beautifully balanced beer that transport you to a destination you’d rather be. A place that is long forgotten or longing for. A place where time stands still and the world doesn’t seem to exist. That’s where I want to be. With this beer. Not here, fighting with lightning.
