Gorgeous light golden colour with a small white head. I’m slightly under the weather so I’m not picking much up on the nose but I’m getting a delicious resiny flavour on first sip. Almost bubblegum like with a citrus notes. Fresh hops direct from the bine to the kettle takes me back to Sierra Nevadas Celebration Wet Hop Ale. Another great crafted beer by the Grassy Knoll team. Perfect beer after an afternoon of weekly meal prep and you can finally put the feet up on a Sunday evening.
