Golden hazy colour with a bold white head. You could mistake this for a NEIPA just on looks alone. Lactic citrus aroma, slight tartness on tongue. Apricot and peach flavours are present as you drink further into this beer. I’ve never had a Bellini cocktail before so couldn’t tell if you it this does it any justice, but I can tell you this is a damn good beer. Perfect for a bottomless seafood lunch on a Sunday at the yacht club, overlooking the still ocean waters.
