Tasting Notes
Black with a slight red hue when held up in the light. Big, bold tan head. Roasted malt aromas. Little hop bitterness on the back end but the flavour is dominated by the malt. More in line with an American stout with a bit of bitterness and fuller body compared to a Irish dry stout. Good stout to follow a black IPA. Easy to drink with a bit of bite. Would suit a good feed of steak and chips with pepper sauce from the local pub.
