Tasting Notes
Cloudy straw colour with a good, lasting white head. Subtle Passionfruit aroma. Drinks a bit like a hazy, clean and fruity. I feel like any pacific ale will always be compared to Stone & Wood and this one is right up there on par with it. Little less fruit flavoured but equally drinkable nonetheless. This is made for 11am schooners at the pub in December when every moment outside of work and sleep is spent at the pub with mates. I can picture sitting at the Wooloomooloo Bay hotel out the front over looking the water. Few schooners of this and a chicken schnitty for lunch. Couldn’t ask for much more.
