What I love about brewery taprooms in America compared to Australia, is they are full on brewpubs with plenty of sitting, a sports bar or music club feel and huge kitchens with a great variety of share plates or main meals.
A brewery inside a sports club with 25 taps. Half their own brews made onsite and half rotating taps.
