That sweet, boozy taste of a Belgian beer. It’s a wonderful thing. Where all the malts deliver the flavour and not the hops. I always feel these beers are best suited for chilled, wet autumn nights, buried in a small underground pub in Brussels. The dim lighting creates a great conversational atmosphere and the beer is central piece of conversation.
