Honey red colour with a good head on pour
It’s weird to find a imperial red IPA with flavours more akin to a West Coast style IPA. Fruit tones like passionfruit and grapefruit come in with a malty sweet biscuit backbone. This one is brewed in honour of a local brewer and former Vietnam Vet who passed away fighting fires in 2002. Legendary man, legendary beer.
