Tasting Notes
A pale washed out yellow colour with a tinge of orange. A white bubbly head that fades fast. A collab beer with local burger joint Papi Dulce. Definitely a sour flavour and strong botanical aromas. It almost feels like a beer cocktail that would be served in a gin bar, not a beer to pair with a double beef and cheese burger. The lemon myrtle used to brew this is direct from the backyard of the owners of Papi Dulce. This is challenging at first, but settles in to be a refreshing beer. A juicy burger and fries would work with this but so would a 300g ribeye steak from a steakhouse.
